Building a safer, more equal Europe.

Our five work packages.

UNITED FOR IMPACT

Working together to promote consent, inclusion and safety across Europe.

Work Package 01

This WP ensures the achievement of envisaged project objectives and results and contributes to the overall quality and coherence of project activities and outcomes.

More specifically, this is achieved through:

  • Administrative and financial management and coordination

  • Monitoring and coordination of the workflow within the project

  • Communication and facilitated exchange between work packages and external stakeholders

Work Package 2

This Work Package strengthens the capacity of nightlife & festival staff to prevent, identify, & respond to sexual & gender-based violence (SGBV), creating safer & more inclusive environments through practical interventions.

Specifically, it will:

  • Provide capacity building to bar, club, and festival professionals, including training of trainers.

  • Set up and support the implementation of Safe Zones and consent protocols in nightlife spaces.

  • Promote certified "safe spaces" and incentivise venues to sustain these efforts through visibility and support.

  • Strengthen cross-sector collaboration between professionals and prevention stakeholder

Work Package 03

This Work Package aims to empower and inform young people, especially women and LGBTQIA+ individuals, to prevent sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in nightlife and festival environments.

Specifically, it will:

  • Deliver multilingual awareness-raising campaigns promoting consent and respectful behaviour.

  • Train and mobilise young volunteers as peer educators and consent ambassadors.

  • Build digital safety skills to counter cyberviolence.

  • Provide practical tools through an updated and accessible mobile app.

Work Package 4

This WP aims to activate the wider public, including parents and bystanders, to recognise, prevent and intervene in cases of SGBV and discrimination in nightlife and festival settings.

Specifically, it will:

  • Inform the general public about SGBV, its signs, and how to respond.

  • Encourage proactive bystander intervention.

  • Address societal stigma and promote acceptance of LGBTQIA+ individuals.

  • Involve parents and caregivers to support safe nightlife experiences for young people.

Work Package 5

This WP ensures the delivery of quality outputs, proper documentation of outcomes and the wide dissemination of project tools, results and lessons.

Specifically, it will:

  • Monitor and evaluate activities to track results and ensure accountability.

  • Capture lessons learned and good practice for future use.

  • Disseminate outputs across partner countries and at EU level.

  • Ensure alignment with visibility rules and promote EU added value.

Together for safer nightlife.

Creating safer nightlife and festival spaces requires collective action. By working together with professionals, young people, communities, and partners across Europe, we can promote consent, prevent sexual and gender-based violence, and build a culture of safety, inclusion, and respect for everyone.
